Lorentin is a lovely, very dark brown, handsome dressage stallion. Lorentin won all his young horse Dressage tests and qualified for the Bundeschampionat. Nora’s damsire, Caretino, is one of the most important sires in Holstein, already the producer of 18 stallion sons and 114 daughters, twelve of them State Premium. Caretino throws unbelievable movement and jumpability. He has approved sons, Cheenook, Carpaccio and Cockney all who are some of the best movers we have ever seen in the Dressage ring. Caretinos’ daughter, Ballerina is a current international jumping sensation. Caretino won his 100 Day Test and moved on to win the German Championships in Mannheim under Ludger Beerbaum. Imported from Germany, this exquisite broodmare is a proven producer of premium offspring. The owner of one foal says it’s “the best horse she’s ever had!” Nora’s 2007 colt, Licato received PREMIUM status with an incredible 9 for his outrageous movement! He was sold as a stallion prospect. Unfortunately, her spectacular 2009 colt, Linato, was lost at 4 months of age. Nora is again in foal to Linaro for a 2010 foal. Colt available in utero!
Saage. '02 bay holsteiner mare – 16.3 H. Ariadus (Acord II/Latus II) x Lonese MMP (Locato/Farnese) Click for Pedigree. Superior bloodlines - Stamm 730b. Ariadus possesses a super temperament and flawless conformation making him an ideal breeding stallion. Ariadus is a 100 Day Stallion Test champion who received a "9" on type and "8's" on both front and hind legs, a score seldom seen. He is a Premium rated stallion with 54 bonits. Ariadus is a breathtakingly beautiful horse. Saage is a powerful mover, with an especially nice canter. She is now under saddle and is showing great potential as a dressage horse. Saage has ground-covering movement, is soft in the jaw and poll, and is a very comfortable ride. Saage produced an outstanding PREMIUM filly by Concerto Grosso in 2009.
Waltz Across Texas. PREMIUM '06 bay Holsteiner filly. Camiros (Contender/Fernando) x Madeleine OHF MMPS (Ariadus/Lorenz) Click for Pedigree. Stem 6660. Waltz is by the wonderful stallion Camiros, the Grand Champion Holsteiner stallion in the 1994 Neumunster approvals. Camiros is a son of Contender, probably the most important stallion living today. Camiros is out of the State's Premium mare Valeska IV, who is the mother of not only Camiros but the approved stallions Corofino I and II. Waltz has lovely conformation and 3 very nice gaits. She was the AHHA site champion at her breeding approvals with 48 bonits. Waltz will be backed this winter.
Uma. '04 brown Holsteiner mare. Linaro (Landgraf/Calypso II x Indian Trial MM (Joanie’s Chief/Protanto) Click for Pedigree. Stem Q0666. Uma’s sire Linaro is a 56 bonit 100 day test winner and champion of the 1990 Holsteiner approvals. Her dam was our premium producing TB matriarch. Uma is very feminine and refined with the biggest, softest doe eyes. She is now working lightly under saddle and is incredibly smooth and comfortable. We are going on short hacks to introduce her to the wide world under saddle and she is settling in nicely to these new experiences. Uma will require a calm partner who gives her confidence. She currently stands 16.1 H. With her refinement, she will really suit a smaller rider. Uma’s first foal is a PREMIUM ’09 filly by Sagnol. $5000. RIP Indian Trial. 1991 – 2009. Bay TB mare (Joanie's Chief x Dynamic Witness) Click for Pedigree. Approved by the AHHA as a Main Mare (foundation mare), this lovely mare consistently produced high quality offspring. She produced two premium colts by Camiros. She had a distinguished pedigree that includes multiple stakes winners, horses of the year, and successful sport horse lines (Ack Ack, Princiquillo, Native Dancer, Nearco, Turn-To, and Dark Ronald to name a few). In 2007 she was retired to pasture and lived out her days providing ‘adult supervision’ to weanlings and yearlings.
